FRIENDLINESS & GOOD SERVICE
To the Manager of The Fairways Hotel,
I just stayed at your hotel there on Thursday 16th July and had a very pleasant stay.
I would like to pay particular thanks to one member of staff, your night porter. My boyfriend is diabetic and took a really bad low in the early hours of Friday morning and your night porter was fantastic. He took me to your restaurant and made me jam sandwiches in order to increase my boyfriends sugar levels.
He was more than helpful and I would appreciate if you passed on my thanks to him. My boyfriend was fine once he had the sandwiches and tea.
Yours Sincerely,
Fiona Mc Laughlin

To Whom It May Concern,
We initially made contact with the hotel in November 2008. The grad committee and two teachers met with Lynne, and she was very good. She was very tuned in to all the things the girls were interested in and talking about and related to them beautifully. They planned the band, DJ, food, décor, etc. Nothing was too difficult or impossible.
The teachers were more concerned with issues such as cost, safety and supervision and care of students and these were addressed in a pleasant and professional manner. We were able to keep in touch regularly and get all questions answered as required.
On the night of the grad the staff were very helpful and efficient. The champagne reception was followed by dinner which was served promptly and efficiently. The meal was hot and tasty. We had the pleasure of then moving into the newly refurbished nightclub. This was an unexpected treat. The band was brilliant and the students spent the whole night on the dance floor.
Following the nightclub everyone moved for breakfast. Following this the buses arrived and transported the very tired, happy students home.
All the students had a great night and have been talking about it since July. I have heard not as much as one complaint. As the saying goes - A good time was had by all. If I had to organise a graduation ball again I would definitely go back to the Fairways Hotel.

Our stay in The Fairways Hotel, Dundalk has been a very enjoyable experience for us all.
We were very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the management and staff. The co-ordination of both made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rooms were kept clean and tidy and nothing was too muh to ask. Entertainment at night was excellent including the Pongo and the Bingo.
In our experience of organising our annual trips for the past eleven years, this was one of the most enjoyable.
We wish you all the best in the future and hope to see you all again.
