What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival. This means that if you cancel less than 24 hours before 6pm on your day of arrival, you will be charged one nights's accommodation.
What are your check in and check out times?
Check in Time is from 2.00pm Onwards, Checkout Time is at 12.00 Midday.
What is the policy regarding children staying in a room with their parents?
Cots are free. Children under 6 go free, 6-12yrs old = €10.00, 12-16yrs old =€15.00, 16 onwards pay the adult rate.
What is the policy regarding animals staying in a room with guests?
Small animals can stay in the hotel @ an extra cost of €30.00 for cleaning purposes. Reservations must be made aware of any animals staying prior to arrival.
